Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME

Our processing time is 1-2 weeks. Holiday Season may take up to 2-2.5 weeks not including shipping time.

SHIPPING

We ship via USPS. Cost and delivery time may vary depending on location. Little Paws Collections is NOT responsible for any lost packages, shipping delays, or incorrect addresses. 

If your items arrives damaged due to an issue please feel free to send us an email at littlepawscollection@gmail.com with your order number and photo proof of your products in the conditioned you received them in. 

If an item in your order does NOT arrive within 1-2 weeks of confirmed delivery please email us ASAP with the order number and a photo of the USPS claim. 

We do not do refunds or replacements on any orders that are marked DELIVERED. 

Once an order is dropped off to the post office it is out of our control. 

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to Canada! However, Little Paws Collection is not responsible for shipping fees or custom/duties tax charges. Those fees are responsible to you the customer. I am not able to alter customs forms to avoid fees. Shipping is calculated based on weight and destination of package.
